Just got back from my first major road trip and ready for another. Went from Central IN to Key West with the first 1100 miles being done in 19 hours straight to Ft. Myers. Total was 2900 miles in 6 days of unbelievable experience!

 

Awesome! I love the ride to Key West across the bridges. My ride from GA isn't nearly as far as you, though. Glad you had a great time

 

Did the Key West trip this past January. Drove to West Palm Beach and rented an Electra Glide Classic from Greg at H-D of West Palm Beach (Greg is a great guy-very customer oriented). Rode it for 7 days including a weekend in Key West. Riding in the Keys is a great experience.
