Looking for opinions. I am having my road king custom painted next week and trying to decide should I lower the front fender and shave rivits or leave it stock. I am running the stock front wheel.

 

What ever you do, IMHO, you should include removing the cheap looking skirt from the back of the fender. A cheap solution is to use a Street Glide fender. There's probably hundreds of more expensive replacement fenders (steel and fiberglass) that will make your bike even more custom.

 

My bike has the same fender as a street glide. No skirt or tip chrome

 

Shave it and slam it, you're painting it anyway.........I'll be doing mine soon, hate the rivets.
