I've got a 2009 Pewter Denim Streetglide. I ordered a new front fender, but now am having trouble finding the paint code to match the color. I have a buddy that paints on the side, and he said HD doesn't give paint codes? Anything would help.
Thx
PPG maintains a data base of stock HD colors which a PPG auto paint distributor can access as can an auto paint shop with the PPG paint mixing system. When I repainted my bike in early '09, it was done at a paint shop with the PPG mix system and computer access to the data base; I looked up numerous stock colors (no CVO for example) for PPG codes and mixing formulas while the parts were being sprayed.

I work at Harley Davidson in San Jose and my names Bex. All I would need is your vin#. From there I can give you your color code, price for touch up paint and or a quart of the paint.
I'm sure it doesn't apply to all colors, but I took my PPG paint code to a PPG shop and was quoted ~$360 for a quart. I bought it straight from HD for less than half that.
