Is there any issues we should look out for, it is an efi and has 18000 miles. I know its the old frame and will need a bagger brace and new tires Thanks
may/may not need bagger brace -- I would have it checked out by a competent mechanic

I bought the same bike last Sept. 13000 Mi. I dont go nuts in the curves, but I have had no problem with the wiggle that everyone talks about. I would ride it and see before i spent the money on brace. Nice ride in my opinion LOVE IT.
I bought an 06 last fall and have put 6500 miles on it so far. I think it handles pretty good, but can get a little squirrely in the extreme twisties. Nothing major, it far outhandles my fatboy. I think you will like it just fine.
had a 06 flhx and stock they tend to run hot,i know the was a issue with the injectors too make sure that got taken care of, never got a wobble with any touring bikes don't know what the others are doing to get a wobble
good luck
The "good" injectors are the 25mm ones (I think). The "bad" ones are 8mm. They will be labeled on the injector...
I recently picked up an '06 Street Glide with 12k on it. Just a stage 1 with PC III USB
but it doesn't mileage worth a hoot - 33 mpg. Pipes look nice inside, not black, and
seems to run fine with just a small hic-up off the bottom when it's not hot. Can someone
give me some info on the injector problem you're referring to? I'm wondering about it
now - how do I check to see which I have? Tnx in advance.
BTW - in the classifieds there's a PC III USB for sale that came off an '06 FLHX - $100
