Sounds ike a good deal if you jsut want a plug and play setup. If you're going to rebuild your existing motor, there are better parts available....like a welded and trued/forged wheel set from S&S that will put you at 124 with the right cylinders, etc.
The 120R is the best bang for the buck out there. It has proven to be reliable and powerful. I am looking for a 2007+ Touring bike now with a blown motor or for a cheap price so I can build one myself.
19220-12 120R crate motor $5,695.95
27713-08 High Flow 58MM EFI Throttle Body $429.95
27796-08 HIGH FLOW INJECTOR KIT $139.95
37951-98 CLUTCH DIAPHRAGM SPRING $29.95
37976--08A KIT-CLUTCH RACE $249.95
37980-10 PERFORMANCE CLUTCH PLATES $169.95
I lied on my last post it's $6400.00 from dealer without labor. but I plan on doing that myself. got a little deal but I have paid them a lot of money this year with the new bike. good luck to all that wants to try it.

That race clutch will be a very stiff pull. I ordered on to use originally when we installed the 120R in my 06 street bob, but after studying the reports from some of the guys that tried the race clutch kit we changed plans and went with the same clutch plates you have listed and the SE diaphragm spring in the stock basket but used an AIM VPC (variable pressure clutch from AIM Tamachi). I am very happy with the results that combination delivers. Clutch pull is slightly heavier than stock but not tedious and since the VPC adds pressure to the clutch as rpm rises, no slip. The AIM VP 92T kit was about the same money as the SE race clutch kit.
If it's hard to pull I will have to just ride my Chopper around for a few weeks to get my wrist strength back where it needs to be, My Big Dog has one hell of a clutch pull. haha. Not to worried at this point. but thanks for the info I will keep this in mind.
After A lot of research I finally put a depoist on a 120r engine for my 2011 uc limited.
Igot a winter price with 20% off the total parts labor and sert tuning came to $5800.00
I'm purschaseing 58mm throttle body, clutch, gasgets, as i have acount at another Dealer. My totatal cost will be $6500.00 I aready had the sert, vance & hines power duells with the high output exhaust and SE heavy brether. Baltimore is doin the install.8 hrs and 4-6 hours to tune.
I agree that the 120r seems to be thes best bang for the buck. I was planning on doing a 107 build with independent over the winter but, between his estimate and prices I am seeing on the 120r crate and install its a no brainer. I am just wondering where the best price is being offered for a complete install? My local HD dealer is also offering 20/20 of labor and parts but, their estimate is 8k out the door. If someone has an inside track to the best price, would you please either post or send a private message..
Lake Shore Harley Davidson (www.lshd1.com) has the best price, but good luck getting the dealer to install it if you don't buy it from them.
If you buy it in kit form, you can use your stock case, thereby keeping your stock VIN....AND you then can do the Timken bearing conversion and weld/true the crank.
