Gentlemen,
I rode 2500 miles over the last 4 days and netted 36mpg for the entire trip. Got stuck in stop and go traffic for over an hour in ATL. Bike ran perfectly with the 120R. SE HP CLUTCH beat me down in stop and go traffic though. Small price to pay for something that will last.
Only thing that spooks me is sporacer breaking that drive belt....

It was a gates belt(supposed to be the same as stock) with a 31 tooth andrews sprocket that broke. I have since went back to the factory belt and stock gearing.

I find that mine gets hot and the engine management kicks in when idleing and in traffic. I do have a factory hd cooler on it.

The 120R thats in my Road Glide goes into heat management when not stopped too long but my other stock motors went into it pretty quick even all fattened up with a PCV. Somewhere around 280-300F it kicks in from a sensor in the cyl head sure can't go by your oil temp thats for sure, head temps rise real friggen fast when stopped.

Mine has yet to go into heat managment in same situations that the stock motor would have been roasting my legs. I was stuck in rolling traffic for an hour at 90F+ never got hot. I have the Premium HD oil cooler.
I like the 120 upgrade kit...the one with the new crank and everything...also like the SE pro crank case.....wonder if the production 120R's use the new crank and the SE pro crank case?
