That litebox amp will definitely fit! I just installed their 4 channel amp in my batwing and it ROCKS!! Be sure to make the amp as water resistant as possible before you install it!

+1, It definitely fits! Scott and I have been working on this project for the past three of weeks and I've had this amp running in my fairing for about 2 weeks and it ROCKS!
The findings will be posted later but for know here's a little info. The amp needs to be installed upside down with the adjustments on the left side while looking towards the back of the bike. The Speedo & Tach housing brackets needs to be cut 1/2" to all the amp to sit closer to the fairing (Same process for J&M's amp). Also the stopper bracket on the radio needs to be removed.
You will need to cut the two angle brackets off of each side of the amp to make it as narrow as possible. We used Aluminum AC tape, found at Home Depot, to seal all joints. Cover the fan with aluminin sheeting 3" X 3" with velcro, leaving gaps in the side to allow air to circulate. Use 90 degree RCA connectors to allow input connection (the RCA input will be next to the fairing bracket). And finally, Cover the rear vent openings on the power side with the ac tape and create a cover from aluminum for the vents on the front side so water does not get directly into the amp.
Enjoy your new wall of sound!

Reason: Add pics
The 2 channel one I purchased is smaller in dimension then the 4 channel. I hoping there will be no cutting needed for this.
2 channel (light box2) size 5-1/4"D x 8-1/4"W x 2"H
4 channel (litebox4) size 5-1/4"D x 11-3/4"W x 2"H
I only have the 2 infinity fairing mount speakers & no plans to add any additional ones. My setup sounds pretty good as is, just needs a little kick. I will for sure try to water proof mine before I install it.
Thanks for the tip. I was not planning to do this as my stock OEM 2005 radio shows no signs of water damage under the fairing now but it sure can't hurt.

You wont have a problem with the 2 channel amp. We installed the 4 channel version which I just found out that it has been discontinued from sonicelectrix and they were the only ones that carried this amp. OUCH!

Glad to hear you guys got the Vibe 4-channel to fit. Are you going to explain how you did it and post some pictures of the installation?
As for 05FLHTC, the Radio Sound radio apparently is taller than the Arc 125.2 (which is shorter than the Vibe 2-channel) because another HDF member had to modify the Arc 125.2 case in order to install it on top of the RS radio on his bike. The other member posted about the issue a few weeks or so ago.
Just installed the Hogtunes Ultra kit, sounds great big improvement over stock. Price is right dosen't brake the bank and Pez is a great guy to deal with.
I just installed a complete J&M Rokker system. Front 7.25", rear 5.25', and 500 watt amp. The amp fits in the fairing above the stereo. The amp puts out plenty of power and it is crystal clear. I had the Hawg Wired previously and I didn't like it at all. The J&M is much louder and clearer. Very easy system to install also.
That JL XD400 looks like a super nice amp. I do like the price of the pending rockford fosgate better but the XD400 is out now and I could finish my dang stereo
