looking at your front picture and then comparing to my bike im about 3" above the batwing. i measured the rise on mine and it is 11" they look great on both yours and my bike but i dont like them. i ordered a different set today.
i rode it today to work and when i left at 445am it was 39 degrees out, let me tell you my bars were high enough to freeze my hands off. i put a second set of gloves on. with the stock bars i have been wearing 1 set since the end of march but this morning was tough. if anyone wants my bars let me know.
ok NOW i m confused.... i'v read as much as i can find about these bars on this site...i've heard people say they are wide... i'v heard somthing in the area of 37"
THEN i go to the Custom CHrome web page and they list the bars at 31.5" wide ??????????

I think I saw something like that too. I measured mine and they are 37". They seem noticeably wider to me, and I like that.
the width really isnt bad at all, you can tell there wider but its still within reason, maybe if you have short arms and your moving your bike at real low speeds it would be a pain but im 5 11 and its ok with me.
