Concerns about flag pole mounting
I am thinking of getting the flag pole mount from American Motorcycle Accessories; the one that mounts to the rack of the tour-pak. Curious as to wheather any one else has done this and did you like? My concern is if the pole will actually hold its position and when clamping to the rack did it cause any damage to the racks chrome, i.e. cracking, peeling, etc.? Thanks

There is a piece of plastic tubing that goes between the rack & mount that prevents any scratching of the chrome. Mine has been on a year now, & really works well.
