if you are interested in campers, I like www.trailmasterinc.com. For cargo trailers, I like the Roadstar by Bushtec. I have been researching trailers also and am really torn on which one of these two to purchase this winter.

Get A trailer...Its GREAT!!!! Ive pulled one for Years & Years!!! The only way to go...except I pull one that I bult from scratch and with a tent I gotta set up...More room for MORE STUFF! Good luck on the trailer decision. I recommend HITCHDOC Hitches..Ive ran them on my last 2 bikes with NO Problems. Just another opinion. GOOD LUCK,

TOOLBX & TAFFY

I've pulled a home made trailer, an old eagle, an escapade, a bunk house pop-up camper and a uni-go. the heavier the trailer the harder they are to pull. my camper weighed 300 empty and was like a fat drunk chick (and we all now what that is like) but it was a great way to camp. I really liked the uni-go and will probable buy one again ( not very much room for caping gear but it can be done. I hald all my gear and cloth for me and my wife to sturgis. my advice on campers is the bunk house though I did a lot of reserch before buying mine and it was the best at the time.

I have pulled a Tailmaster Arizona cargo trailer for two years. www.trailmasterinc.com A lot of room. I have to watch the gross and tongue weight, other than that it pulls great. Like others have said just take it easy on the corners and allow more distance when stopping.

Some great replies with lot's of great information. Will towing a trailer affect the warranty?

I'll continue to ride mine to "trailer week" also.

Ride safe.

I put a Hitch DR. trailer hitch on my SG. I pull a Cyclemate trailer. The hitch is a vertical reveiver hitch and is almost not visable. I have pulled a trailer since 1993 on my 1500 Gold Wing and now my SG. You don`t even know it is back there most of the time.

ORIGINAL: sns

I haul a small trailer behind my 2000 FLHTPI. You will need to turn a little wider and allow more time to stop. I just have a old trailer I picked up used with no name so I cant reccommend any current ones out there for sale. O yea one more problem to be aware of, the wife can fill it very quickly. I only use mine a couple times a year, but when traveling there is no better way to go. We dont camp when traveling unless campin cabins count. Even when we stay at hotels we have a grill in the trailer and hit a local grocery store. I wont be without a trailer ever again!!
ditto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
