Road king build - 21 and lots o powder, road pig
before:

after we modded it out last year

and the new build:
wrapped the DNA fat spoke 21 in 140 metzler rubber

first round of powder

mock u

shaved the lower leg so we can use a single sided 6 piston

and powder begins

more black powder

starting to assemble the front end

did preload the stock suspension a bit to fit the massive tire under there and ran a 20w fork oil this will keep the fender from hitting

removed the duel disk so i had a dyna brake line in the shop used that to save him some coin... took some routing but i got it to work
rotor bolts looked horrible... could not have that

after a spin on the buffing wheel

in place

the spacers where WAY WAY off..

6 piston looks sick!

pulled the rear wheel

put new rubber on the rear

the dyna ran dot 4 the pig ran dot 5 so i had to pull the master and flush it then clean with denature alch all the seals so that the new fluids would not create issues

spun the spacers on the layth and got them cut down (3/4 and 7/8 if anyone wants to know for a dna wheel)

perfect

got the new rubber on and put in the rear wheel, alligned the belt and got that all squared away... removed the stock shocks with lowring blocks (they blow out after a few hundo miles) and replaced them with 12 in air shocks to to get the 1 inch drop in back

used hog pro lifter blocks for the fender to work

and that is where we stand as of now
