I have become paranoid. Trying to get air into my 28 spoke 09 Ultra Classic is such a chore I sometimes do not take the time to check my air pressure as often as I should. In my quest to find a solution, I purchased four different sets of valve stems. Each stem has its own benefits. Starting from left to right;
1. These valves where expensive. They are being used by some on this board all of which say they work great. My problem is I am afraid of them since the rubber that goes through the rim is so small I don’t see how they could hold air safely. Not much substance to the rubber is my fear.
2. These are my favorite of the bunch. They are American made, have a substantial rubber mounting and two nuts to hold the valve in place. Plus, they are 90 degree valves making adding air a breeze.
3. 45 degree valves with pretty much the same ease of use as number 2 above but made in Taiwan. Taiwan made scares me a bit.
4. Harley Davidson stems. Can’t use these as they are the same as the stock rubber ones I have now except you can’t bend them to get a air chuck on them.
I don’t know what I am asking here but what are your opinions of the four.
ps: All four easily clear the rotors front and back so clearance is not an issue.

Those are the ones I would try.
Could get kinda costly to test them all!
I've been using the number ones, not quite 90 degrees and they should be. Been okay so far, only time will tell. The number two's seem to be the safest and longest lasting, they look a little heavy, but nothing weights or dyna beads can't handle. What are the number two's? Got a link to them for people who might want to give them a try?
I purchase the ones I will be using ( Black 90 Degree # 2 on my list) at; http://motors.shop.ebay.com/9814cabo...id=p4340.l2562
