So close, Clutch cable?

Default So close, Clutch cable?
Hey I am almost done with my PYO bar installation everything got done I will say that with some frustration but whatever the money in labor is still in my pocket

My question is with the new clutch cable I have it routed and all ready to put the cover back on but it seems like the cover is stopped on something now should it be tight and the bolts pull everything together or is there something that I need to line up that I am missing?
