I have a black 2001 Electra Glide and put a big dent in the front fender. Applied bondo and primer to my satisfaction. Wound up sanding the entire fender and bought a rattle can of HD Vivid Black Acrylic Lacquer sold at the dealer.
Can apply the black lacquer and follow up with a two part clear coat with hardner or will destroy the lacquer?
Thanks. I know there is a 'paint' thread but this one gets more activity.
Maybe someone that paints for a living can chime in. I know you can pretty much spray anything over lacquer but not the other way around. I don't see a problem. If no one else answers trying google.
