Default Brake Pedal

A few years ago I put the floor board extensions on and set the floor boards to the lowest posistion. The thing that I don't like is when I need to use the rear brake I have to pick my whole foot up off the floor board to step on the pedal. I am a tall guy who happens to also where size 13 boots. Does anybody know of a manufacturer that makes a brake pedal that sits lower to the floor board. Actually rotating it towards the front of the bike would make it lower.

I bought one of these, I am 6'8" and have the 2" extensions, this worked great.

Looks like you've gotten quite a few suggestions. I went with the Kuryakyn Liberator and it works perfectly...

I'd like to try one of these because I too have a big problem with my size 14 feet with the rear brake....even though I'm a midget at 6'4" compared to you. Question: I want the one with the three elongated oval slots in the brake arm but there's no clue on the Kuryakyn site which one that is....is that the "girder" or the "liberator"?

Thanks,

Girder style is slotted. Might as well pick up matching shift levers too (lol)

EZ Brake was the first mod I made to our Ultra. The stock Harley "stomp" pedal should have been redesigned decades ago. I truly believe the design of the stock pedal is a safety hazard, causing many rear wheel skids. A properly designed rear brake pedal should allow you to easily modulate the pressure on the brake pedal, by leaving the heel of your foot on the floorboard.
