Wow! That looks very bad... I am glad you made it out alright with your life.... I just got back last week from vacation from riding the cost line of Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach. While riding back home, I was also caught in a heavy down pour through Delaware and I just played it safe and pulled over. I had my wife with me and we had the rain gear on. This was her first time riding on a long trip and I really didn't want to make her nervous about riding in that kind of weather. You know, before I knew it after a few minutes the rain had passed over and off we went again. I just felt that I needed to be more safe than sorry. Anyway, glad that you are alright....

Glad you weren't hurt worse and sorry to see the ride down. Also, thanks for serving. Now you have a little more motivation to get back from the deployment, like you really needed more! Be safe....

Here's another picture. The right side of the bars bruised my ribs, the left side gave me a charlie horse in my bicep. Yup...very lucky to be alive and serve our nation!
