Draggin Baggers poor communication?
I ordered on the 24th. Said they would go out the next day (and they may have). The problem is,,, I was to rec. a tracking number and didn't get it. I have called twice and sent 2 emails, with no reply. When I sent an email last week saying that I wanted to order, they called me back ASAP. Now I have ordered and I cant get a response. I feel like the Maytag repair man.
Anyone else had this issue with them?
I am not bashing them (yet) just voicing a little concern with their customer service

Well, they were out of town. My system came in a day or two before I actually expected it so,,,my bad.
I have to get a jack so that I can install the syatem. I will install it by Friday and post some pics.
