I need your advice

Hi All,

I would like to buy a Shovelhead Touring HD model (FLH / Electraglide ?), not older than 1982 (easy to register in France if 30 years old)
I want the best compromise between vintage look, safety (front disk brake) comfortable ride and easy maintenance.
Which year would you recommend ?
Are the AMF period Harleys bad bikes ?

I know that 1973 was the first year for disk brakes for shovelheads. Repost your question down in the Shovelhead section of the forum. Those guys down there will be able to steer you in the right direction.
