Schweet....................
I popped both pipes off my 07 FLHT this morning only to discover the restrictor in the left hand side. The right side was open, with some channeling in it to slow the flow, but the left side was full open Except for the highly restrictive plate. A 1 1/2" hole saw for about 45 seconds in the outlet end, and wha-la, it fell out.......The moco has a flare in it so the 1 1/2" hole saw cuts it like it was meant to be removed right there.
Now, my anemic sounding bike sounds like it should have from day 1.
I know when I bought my FXDL both sides had the same restrictions, but it was a different animal by design.
This was Too easy to net the benefit it did. After market goodies will be down the road, but this will get me through this summer with a smile.

If it keeps me from spending $$$$ on it right now, she's game.
