Yes my husband bought the same catless headers for his 2011 off Ebay and kept the stock ones. Dealer installed them at the first service. Because he left the stock mufflers and AC the dealer said no problem with the warranty. He has an extended warranty too.

remember, if you are staying stock otherwise, that the 2011 has 12mm o2 sensors while the 09 has 18mm sensors, located in a different spot. not an issue if you go with the pc with the o2 eliminators.
