Kudos to Cardo Systems
I bought a Scala Q2 Multiset in 2009. Lately, one of the units was losing battery life and would die out in 1/2 the time that it used to.
I emailed Cardo customer service to see about getting the battery replace. Since the unit was 2 years old, I fully expected to pay for the battery.
After trading a few emails and providing a copy of my purchase receipt, I was given an RMA to return the unit. Once the old Q2 was received, Cardo immediately sent out a replacement Q2.
Total cost to me. Less than $10 for shipping and ins.
It is nice to see a company willing to stand behind their products and providing excellent service.
