Default Removing Rear O2 Sensor

I am trying to remove my rear O2 sensor and this is a bitch. My front O2 is off but I tell you, the rear is either rusted to the header or what.....I need some help here please. I have a O2 sensor socket so I can get to it no problem. It just won't turn......I tried some wd-40 to loosen it up but no joy. Anything else to get this thing off.....

I use Liquid Wrench. Squirt it around the threads, and give it 30 minutes to soak in and work. If you still can't get it, squirt some more, and let it sit overnight.

They can be a bear let soak keep spaying it they make some cool penitrating spray called silicroil that really works good too may be hard to find though. Sometime heating it up help rather than running it take a propane torch but be careful not to burn other crap. Make sure to use never seize when you but the new ones in.

those are both good suggestions. I just saw someone using PB blaster in conjuction with heating the element. I will take my time at this tomorrow. Not a big hurry yet as my ECM is still getting flashed.....

I used a boxed end wrench and was able to get it off easier than using a socket.

There are better things to use - WD40 is a water displacing product.

Try this stuff
PB Penetrating Catalyst
