I have an 09 SE Road Glide with Wild 1 12" Outlawz apehangers.....wanting to switch to mirrors bolted to the underside of my control housing. I am looking for pictures mainly of anyone running mirrors underneath....looking at Shooter mirrors and also some round ones from Demon Cycles.
thanks
My buddy has a 2005 R.K. with an aftermarket fairing. He already had 12 or 14" fatty apes on .he kept his mirrors mounted below the controls.it looks sweet. If I can find a pic,I'll post it on here.
thanks JRBass and stricky.....those are some good ideas. I have the Arlen Ness big eye mirrors but the stem is too long so they are too low, and I had to rotate my control housing's quite a bit to get them where I could see....then they were really at an angle.
I don't know what the stock mirrors on a road glide look like but on my 2010 road king I put on 16" bars then just put the mirrors on upside down. the only thing different is the "objects in the rear view mirror" statement on the mirrors is upside down

I'm not runnig the stock CVO Road Glide mirrors but Arlen Ness Big-Eye stepped mirror.....like them b/c of their enormous rear view but the stems are too long to mount upside down. here's how they look...
