I don't know about all you folks, I don't have trouble paying bills, but man! what a sticker shock!
$35K sounds about right for a CVO.

I did this last year and it worked out well. Good Luck!
Just another little cryptic note that I have left a few times in some threads. Some (one in particular) will hit the floor this week. The OP may see his next week. So, if in the market for one, just wait a few more days.

I called up to Carson City, NV Harley Davidson and everything was done over the phone. They got it back to a stock 96" bike with cruise and security for UNDER MSRP. Plus they honored the "Ride for Free" program, and since I didn't even pay MSRP for the bike when I bought it, it was essentially like they payed me $2,500 for a down payment on the bike. Just gotta shop around man.
what is the ride for free program

If you go to CycleBuy.com for $20 you can find the dealer's invoice prices. Bike, paint choices and options are marked up 30%. Knowing that helped me negotiate a good price on a '10 FLHX. I also waited for mid-winter to start the talks. Again, supply and demand.

It depends on how bad they think you want it.

I saved $2000 because I "just wasn't sure I wanted to let my 2009' Heritage go".
