Well I got my (new to me) 2011 Street Glide OEM seat on Friday and like a lot of people on the forum says, it is worlds apart from the 2010 OEM seat as far as comfort. It is softer, narrower for the rider, and gives more back support. It is about the same size for the passenger but softer. The HD # is 52320-11 and I highly recommend it.
The best part is I won the ebay auction at $81.00 + 30.00 shipping. Yay!
Glad you like the seat. I don't think any mod is more critical if you ride any distance at all.
Changing from stock to an after market seat is the first mod I have made to every bike I have ever owned except one. I'm just trying to decide if I am going to keep or sell the 2007 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Sportster but if I keep her that seat and suspension system will get changed.
Glad you found the seat for you and that you got a good deal.
Agree a seat is very important. Recently put on a Comfort Stitch (Ultra Classic) seat from Harley with the 16" wide passenger seat. Looks like a sofa cushion BUT for the first time ever my wife can ride even for hundreds of miles with no pain (old tail bone injury from a slip on the ice has always been a problem).
