I put some on mine and then I had my gauges & radio turned blue by Marty at www.gaugeledmods.com because I like the way the blue looks on black and the last time I checked the bike belonged to me, paid cash for it.
Not sure why you ask others what they think of something that's so subjective, that'd be like putting a bunch of chrome covers on your bike and then asking me what I think.....you wouldn't like the answer!
I have seen white ones that are subtle, you cant see the LEDs and they just light up the engine, pick up the chrome and they look ok.
Agreed. I put Super Lizard Lights on mine - basically hidden so that all you see is the shine on the chrome. 7 colors, a TON of different lighting configurations, and a whole lot LESS money than the single color HD ones. 99% of the time I run with dark red - solid (no flashing or phasing).
OP, IMO yours look OK, but I prefer accent lighting that isn't so "obvious". The bottom line is, if YOU like 'em, that's what matters the most!

In the picture it really doesn't show how they look. It appears that they are on the pipes almost. It's only the reflection and this doesn't show up like this when the bike isn't on the jiffy stand. All lights are concealed and not noticable anywhere.
The kit installed was $440. And to answer the question on if I like them, yes I do, it adds allot to the bike when you're at the shows. Haven't run with them on yet but will..
There are many bikes in our area that have the lights installed.
If there done correctly and tastefully. I have seen some that were way overdone with too many lights and too bright.
I have green LED's on my bike. Under the rear fender, to light up the chrome wheel. Around the engine bay, and caliper lights to light up the front wheel. The remote will strobe, breathe or 4 different levels of steady brightness.
I get a lot of compliments on mine. Some people question why green?
Less trouble with the law than blue or red, and as much money (greenbacks) as this thing has eaten it can't produce any other color but "GREEN".

I had my rear lights mounted on the lower bag rails and got the same reflections off the mufflers.
I personally didn't like the reflections and moved them under the rear fender. Now they are invisible and light up the rear wheel instead of the ground.
