rod angle...quicker revving....piston speed...easier on lower end...less expensive...deep, deep rumble with big bore like a big block

Iwould still love to find out the answers to these questions. I just purchased a Fuel injected 99 Ultra w/ a big bore w/ a six speed for about $15k w/ 16k miles. How far can you bore a TCam MOCO case and still be safe and reliable? Is 4.25 to far? Will 4.25 bore work with 4.5 stroke? would it be better to stay 4" stroke and bore it to 4.25 or just 4.125? So many questions...
Any advice? Please, from the older knuckle busters? Try'n to make a game plan that includes the factory cases.

Ialso stay away from stroking unless I can't accomplish the cubes I want with bore forbetter reliability and longevity. I am running a TC01 107" Ultra thatis a stock 4" stroke with a 4.125" bore. The engine is turbocharged, but has great low end gruntevenwhen not into boost. Mysequence in order of priorityfor increasing performance on any stock engine goes like this, exhaust, heads, cam, bore, stroke. Obviously someof these have to go with each other and after each change, tuning, tuning, tuning, can never be done tuning. So many people have such expensive combinations that are so badly tuned.

If you are not handy at ground up building a motorcycle it can get expensive very quick.3 yrs ago my 124" Evo RG cost me a little over $15 grand, assembling my own motor etc. Then again if you are in no hurry you can purchase drivetrain packages quite cheap today. The bigger cubes the more fun the ride,at least for me.
