Default Revtech DFO removal help

I bought a bike with a DFO already installed on it and I want to take it off to put a different tuner on. My question is when I remove the DFO parts that are connected to the injectors are the factory parts still attached to the bike to hook back up to the injectors or have they been taken off? I haven't had a chance to tear it apart and look to see how it is hooked up yet. The original owner didn't have the install instructions for the DFO. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Yes. The DFO is the only "part" involved, so when you remove it the connector plugs directly into the injector, instead of going through the DFO connector.

It's just like plugging a lamp directly into the wall after removing an extension cord.

I have the Dobeck TFI (same as the Revtech DFO just different name). Whe I installed mine, there were four injector connectors on the TFI/DFO - 2 were connected to the injector heads (for lack of a better term) on the bike and the other 2 were connected to the original leads that were connected to the injector heads.................so, what I am trying to say is that the original parts should still be there.

My bike is a year 2000 - it may be different for other years - try looking at their website: DOBECKPERFORMANCE.COM and go to the STORE tab and shop by year to find instructions for your bike.

Thanks for the replies that's what I was hoping to hear. I can't wait to get this DFO off my bike.
