well not much to say buy thanks to the people here who offer advice and guidance. No issues other then the Clutch cable and the dam Lighter... Found out lighter is removable. Clutch was a adventure but learned it can be done with proper tools and patience. Over all about 4 hrs, next time in 1/2... Thanks all and A big thanks to Joe D!!
I have/had abroken bracket and was thinking of replacing the whole brackets but opted instead to try the "fix" offered by bagger-parts.com. I just fixed the one broken end and will do the other when it breaks. Much cheaper than replacing all of the brackets and I didn't have to tear it all apart. Not a bad deal in my book.
How much did all of the brackets cost you if you don't mind my asking? This forum is awesome when looking for support/help/guidence etc...

I just paid 105.00 at the dealer for all four brackets. They are supposed to be redesigned (several times) to keep them from breaking again.Originally Posted by Neil
