Default P0118 and P1356 codes

I bought a 2004 Road King 6 weeks ago with 25K miles on it, bike ran great life was good. Recently it seemed to start vibrating a lot more at an idle and had a new vibration at road speeds that wasn't there before, plus it seems to run hot and doesn't have as much power. I got a warranty on the bike so I took it to the dealer, voiced my concerns and they said they would checked it out and hook it up to thier computer so I left it over night. The next day they said the bike was ready and all they found was not enough air in the suspension. I picked the bike up and road it about 20 miles home. It still didn't seem right so I had my neighbor ride it and he confirmed my suspicions, he as identical bike 4 years older. I got on the web and found out how to access trouble codes on the bike. I would like to think that they would have cleared any codes it had in it when they looked??? at it at the dealer, which would me it set 2 codes in the 20 miles home. P0118 which is ET Sensor voltage Open/High EFI and P1358 which is rear cylinder No combustion EFI. I cleared the codes and road the bike up the the grocery store and back, 5 miles round trip and it had already set the P0118 code again. Any body have any ideas about what is going on with this bike.
