Default PCV with Autotune question

I just finished the install on a friends bike. The PCV and autotune unit was bought new from Fuel Moto. Other components installed were the Andrews 48H cams and a Rinehart 2-1 pipe. The base map was loade by FM but Ive had a chance to ride the bike about 30 miles yesterday and plan to ride about 60 more today. I can see that the autotune has suggested some trims but Im not sure how to save the base map Fuel Moto sent before accepting the trims. Am I going about this right? Ive read iclicks very helpful writeup on the autotune unit but I want to make sure I dont lose the base map before overwriting. It appears that all of the trims are within the 20% setting the autotune came with except one of the cylinders at 0% throttle is at -27 I think at 1250 rpm. Im not sure what to do on that because I know 0% throttle adjustment would probably change idle? I do not have any decel pop by the way... I know I can expand or shrink those 20% perameters of the autotune but I dont think it would be neccesary if all cells are within the 20% enrichment or enleanment thresholds. Thanks for any enlighment. I really feel I am getting a good handle on how all of this works but just need some clarification in areas. Thanks...

You don't have to accept the trims it all, as Autotune will keep changing as you ride. But, to answer your question: you can save the base map using the PC software. I don't have my laptop with me but if i remember correctly there is a folder icon to save map. Select it and save the base map on your computer. Autotune is really cool. One of the best mods I've done.

First, if you see values in your Trim Tables the Auto-Tune is working properly, and like The Q said you don't need to accept trims at all if you don't want to. To determine the proper amount of fuel it takes the Fuel Adj. value and adds or subtracts the Trim value, at all times on-the-fly. If you accept trims it will write the trims to the Fuel Adj. table and zero-out the Trim Table. The only time when you would want to accept trims is when your trims are at or near the Max Enleanment or Max Enrichment settings in Options. Or, as an alternative, increase these max variables.

It should be said that the Target AFR values in the 0% column should all be zero, as DJ doesn't recommend auto-tuning there. There reason is that this area is prone to reversion and if this happens you'll get false readings.

I understand the all of the tables and how they work except the fuel tables and pressure tables. What are the values in the fuel tables representing? I wish I could post a picture of the fuel table here but I cant seem to figure out how to do that.

The Fuel Adj. tables represent a percentage of change in fuel delivery. If the ECM dictates X amount of fuel and you see "10" in one cell of the Fuel Adj. table the PCV is providing X+10% to the injectors at that RPM/TP location. If it is a negative number it subtracts fuel by that percentage.

Don't worry about the pressure tables unless you have a turbocharger installed.
