Update
Ok they finally contacted the manufacturer and got credit for the helmet. I got a new one. I think the biggest hold up was that they thought I wanted a refund. When satisfaction with product is all I wanted. Though I didn't go for flat black this time.

So, is it still a "stealership" and does "Harley Helmet is Junk" still apply?
