Default Antenna broken

Someone came by and decided to snap off my antenna. Broke the bolt, guess ***** to cheap to pay $12 to buy their own. Do I have to pull light bar off to replace. Couldn't find in manual.

You don't have to remove the light bar. Best to remove liner then small nut . the screw is a threaded rod type remove it then pull the antenna stub up. cost about $7.00. By the way if you ride 2 up and rode off with the lid open it breaks off very easy.

Thanks stuart, hope that's what happened hate to think a fellow rider would do it. Tried it has an Allen head but is so tight wondering before I force it it's not reversed threaded is it.. Do appreciate your reply.

nope its a standard thread, you do have the lock nut off already don't you.

Sounds like the the part you need is a 76260-89 this is item 14 on the following instructions.

After you get the screw out you will probably have to use a pick or something to pry the stub up enough to get it out. This is assuming just the threaded end is what broke off.
The follow instructions give a better picture on how the pieces go together even though they are for the LED light set-up.

Thanks guys! VZTS4Q the info you posted gave me the courage to use vice grips to get bolt out. The Allen wrentch kept slipping and twisting. Got it out thanks for the time and effort.
again thank you

This was extremely helpful, and proved me right in the process. My hubby thought we had to take off the whole light bar assembly. I told him that I didn't think we would. I was right! WooHoo! LOL

You can find used antennas on eBay if interested.
