Default Back of right calf gettin real hot!!
The back of my right calf gets smokin hot from the rear cylinder/pipes on my SG 103.
Already added high flow A/C and exhaust, removed Cats, and tuned for a richer AFR. The engine might be running cooler but, it's like a blow dryer there.

Any solutions???

Sounds like you took care of the big ones. Surprised it's still that hot after taking out the cats. Oil cooler?

Or, try RIDING the bike. It's not so bad when you're moving!

happened to me.. i have the flhtk 2011, didn't have the problem with my ultra 2007. The right exhaust that is turning color i am color blind but it looks like it burning. any help would be appreciated.

Are you wearing shorts? Long pants definitely help block the heat some. How sure are you the technician got the tune right? Might want to recheck that AFR. you should have noticed at least a slight difference.

The Crotch Coolers will certainly help but make sure you aren't simply treating the sympton.

Absolutely get one of Captn' Itcs crotch cooler. I can't believe how good they work. I love mine and they are great people to work with.

Replaced cat with fuelmoto pipe and wrapped rear pipe with header wrap,all covers installed as stock it cut hear and I wear Shorts!!
