Already added high flow A/C and exhaust, removed Cats, and tuned for a richer AFR. The engine might be running cooler but, it's like a blow dryer there.

happened to me.. i have the flhtk 2011, didn't have the problem with my ultra 2007. The right exhaust that is turning color i am color blind but it looks like it burning. any help would be appreciated.

Are you wearing shorts? Long pants definitely help block the heat some. How sure are you the technician got the tune right? Might want to recheck that AFR. you should have noticed at least a slight difference.
The Crotch Coolers will certainly help but make sure you aren't simply treating the sympton.
