Can any body help me out quick. Do any of you have this style grip on our 09 or later bike... Grips #56241-96... If you do, can you take a quick look at the throttle grip. Is there about a 3\8 to 1\2 inch section next to the switch cover before the actual bigger rubber ring of of the grip starts. Meaning if you look at the left grip, that bigger rubber part of the grip is right next to the switch housing. I just got my bike back from some maintenance and noticed this. I am not sure anymore if it was that way from when I installed the grip... Maybe I am losing my mind, but just want to be sure..
