Two things. If you still hear the squeak when it is in neutral, it is not the belt. Also, belt dressing will not fix the problem if it is your belt. Belt dressing will only cover up the symptom. If your belt is squeaking it is too loose, too tight, out of alignment, or your pulleys are worn.

Hate to say this but every thread I've read about this ends up being a stuck valve guide.

The subject of chirping drive belts comes up every few months. I've posted this suggestion before.

Drive belts will make a chirping sound if they have a little brake dust or dirt on them. The best way I have found to clean them is to use warm soapy water and the wife's toothbrush. Chirp goes away, but the wife's teeth get a little black. Seems to be a good trade off.

If it makes the noise while not moving, it is not your belt.

But, here is quick, easy, and cheap method to silence a sqeaky belt. Rub a little soap on it. Ivory bar soap works the best.

Back to the OPs original problem. I'm suprised no one has chimed in with the obvious. You could...............

A) Buy louder pipes
B) Buy an amp and upgrade your speakers
C) Trade motorcycles

Problem solved.

I will check them. I did have the left side break, and repaired it about a month ago. I wonder if one of the bolts on the L bracket came loose. Thanks, something new to check.

I know noises are tricky, but my chirp sounds like it is from the rear.

Chirping noise also coming from right rear and I swear it's coming from my exhaust but have not inspected issue yet.

You said you can get the squeek in neutral if you rev it up. Have someone else hold the throttle and get down on your hands and knees and crawl around it slowly to see if you can at least narrow down the area.

That being said, I haven't seen mention of this but the horn. That little thing is rubber mounted. Perhaps that it is.

But realistically the squeek happening even standing still when revved up means it isn't in the drive line. It is something squeeking due to resonate vibration. Look under your seat. Could be a plug that is rubbing somewhere.
I really like the baby powder idea for testing if it is the belt though. Way smarter than oil.
