You said you can get the squeek in neutral if you rev it up. Have someone else hold the throttle and get down on your hands and knees and crawl around it slowly to see if you can at least narrow down the area.
That being said, I haven't seen mention of this but the horn. That little thing is rubber mounted. Perhaps that it is.
But realistically the squeek happening even standing still when revved up means it isn't in the drive line. It is something squeeking due to resonate vibration. Look under your seat. Could be a plug that is rubbing somewhere.
I really like the baby powder idea for testing if it is the belt though. Way smarter than oil.
Hopefully the OP resolved his squeek issue since this is an eight year old 2011 thread.
check the belt - i had same issue - went into primary 3 times - turned out to be the belt was too loose and rubbing against the belt guard - very obvious rub marks -

I don't think he has that same bike that he had in that 11 year old post
Squeeking in neutral,, hummm, have you changed the primary oil very recently? I have seen a condition where the primary drain plug was run in a bit too deep and just barely rubbing the clutch basket . If you have the drain plug that screws in from the side at the bottom of the primary cover.
