Great customer service
I just wanted to post a thank you to Long Ride Shields for their great customer service. I purchased a 7" Ultra Flip for my 2010 Street Glide, and got a lot of wind buffeting which pushed my glasses up on my forehead. I contacted Long Ride Shields, and James the sales manager, responded within a few minutes offering to do whatever it took to ensure my satisfaction. He recommended I measure again for the proper height windshield and then let him know what I found. My wife helped me measure and I needed an 8" shield instead of the 7". It was mostly my fault for ordering the wrong size, but James told me that if I would send the shield back to him at my expense he would send me a brand new 8" Ultra Flip. I can not say enough about the great customer service or the quality of their product. If you are considering a new shield for your bike I highly recommend Long Ride Shields. You will not be disappointed because they are 100% better than the ones that Harley Davidson sells, and are less expensive to boot. They have my business if I ever need another replacement.
