Long Ride Shields customer service
Guys, I posted on here 3 weeks or so concerning the 'Flat Top' shield from LRS. One of the posts from the forum was from James with Long Ride and he was very proud of his product and offered to take it back if I didn't like it. Loved the shield and the comfort for my wife, but, upon a little closer observation saw a 'flaw' in the top 1/8" of the shield. Contacted James and he promptly sent out a new one to replace the flawed one. Very quick, clean, and efficient! Thanks James, for the tremendous customer service and the great product. I too have recently bought a LRS. I ended up buying one 2" too short and they promptly shipped me a replacement as soon as I sent them a tracking number on the old one.

I just got the 7" Ultra a couple of weeks ago. Nice shield! The Ultra Elite is limited in sizes available. Only took two days to receive it after ordering.

Ordered mine today, kinda bummed I waited cause it was $10 more than the other week. Especially since the shipping charge was $16.99. Still cheaper than any other windshield though.

another pleased customer here. I ordered a 7", tried it out and found it to short, contacted them and they made an exchange for a 8" without any question.
