I also chose the TL Phase 7 and the passing lamps..while no LED is as bright..FROM AN ANGLE..as the stock lights I was replacing, I just could not see...nor afford...the difference in price that I was able to get with the Kurys vs the HD..these TL's light up the night way more than the stock lamps..and look great...also had to add the $25 french ring to the headlight only...the passing lamps replaced same as stock...dollars saved for other stuff...lol

I replaced the stock light on my SG with the TL Phase 7 and VERY happy with it for both day and night riding. I got it from Direct Fleet Supplied and used the promo code HDLED and got another 5% off, delivered to my door $214.00

TLP7 works for me, can find good deals if you look around. Videos are out there that testify to the durability of these units, including military applications.
Many LED's tend to 'Wash out" during the daytime looking at them from an angle - I strongly recommend doing the passing light mod to have all forward lights on while the headlight is on bright. Big difference on country roads at night, and blazes 'em at cages during the daytime. I always have mine on bright during daytime rides.
Some states require passing/rain lights to go out while main lights go to high beam, but not here in 'Bama. Just letting ya know the law, that's all...
We have the TL's on at least HALF our bikes, including mine. They are very good units. I certainly recommend them. But to look right, you need those extended trim rings. City won't put out for those.
Eastern Performance had the Trucklite Phase 7 on sale Christmas week. One day the headlight, the next the passing lights, and the third both headlight and passing lights. I paid $358 for the headling and passing lights and then bought the Harley trim rings for all of the lights so about half what the Harley lights cost.
