I have the chrome saddlebag guards on my Road Glide, but when my wife rides on the bike, the guards dig into her legs. She's only 4' 10", so her legs are pretty short. I looked at replacing the saddlebag guards with the Comfort Profile versions, but not sure I like the way they'll look on the bike. Is there a way to move her footpegs up to maybe relieve some of the pressure she's feeling? Any other suggestions?

Try the reduced reach Passenger Floorboard Mounting Kit. To give you a perspective, if you look on an Ultra or Classic that has the 2 parallel saddlebag guard rails, the stock floorboard mount is roughly at the same level as the lower rail, & the "reduced reach" mount puts the floorboard even with the upper rail.
The catalogue says, Reduced Reach Passenger Footboard Mounting Kit
Kit raises the height of your passenger footboards by approximately 2-1/4" for increased passenger comfort. Especially desirable on '97-later Touring models due to the frame and saddlebag guard change. Includes mounting hardware.
50789-99B
Fits '93-later Touring models (except Trike). Does not fit with saddlebag guard bags.
