Totally agree. As we have seen before, customer satisfaction, is the keystone to any successful business. Without it the business will and should fail.
sounds little fishy to me as well. the bike only has 10k on it. and i don't believe the auto-tuner added that much more power. at least it doesn't feel like it "seat of the pants". it does run a hell of a lot better though. i think somebody just jacked it up when they were changing out my levers.
Bro, you got hosed. Find another mechanic/shop. Clutch adjustment problem pure and simple. No need for a stock bike with low miles to need a stronger clutch spring, tuner or not. Semper Fi.
