Supertrapp Slip-Ons
Anyone running the Supertrapp Kerker Stout Slip-Ons, part #140-78226? They claim some decent numbers (HP & TQ gains). It is a 4" pipe with a lot of options for end caps. Thanks in advance.
don't have the kerk's but do have the stouts #140-65224 with the CAT still in and they do sound good!! i was really surprised beings the one's i heard the CAT was gone, theses have a deep mellow sound all there own, when ya twist the wick, had a lot of complements on them from folks. until they find out how much they costs (LOL) but i went threw a few slipons before i pulled the plug on them. never had a dyno so can't say there, but it does seem to have some git up and go in the mid range. i guess theses are not as popular as the rest beings they cost a ton. but they do sound really good for sure.
I have the Kerker Stouts #140-78226 on my 2011 FLHR. Still have the CAT, did a SE stage 1 with dealer download. My bike runs much better than stock, and the pipes have a mean low rumble. Not loud unless you WOT, then they bark. I think it's a reasonable setup, not too loud, but good sound and good performance. I might be wrong, but I don't think the endcaps are interchangeable on the Kerker Stouts. You need to do a stage 1 to get full performance from these pipes. I had mine on for a few days before the A/C and download, the A/C made a big difference in the performance.
