I would like opinions on a few brands. as for quality (chrome, pitting, baffles breaking loose ect) and sound. I am going with baffeled fishtail slip-ons on my V&H (True) Duals. My SE rattling baffles need to become history.

My Screaming Eagles have a nice deep growl that bites when you get on them. Now keep in mind mine were manufactured prior to all the EPA B.S. I want the same if not better (deeper/louder, but still able to hear my tunes on the highway). I checked out a lot of slip-ons today at a bike rally, and most seem very tame compared to mine. especially the Rineharts. (seem to be very popular, I'd say 4/10 were running them)
If sound & quality is what you desire then go with a reputible 2-1 for optimal performance. I run a D&D 2-1, sounds great when you want it to but when you get on it the sound and performance are second to none! You need to change your headpipe to get the most bang for your buck IMHO!
