One other thought, if there is no caution about the race tune CANCELING THE WARRANTY, and it does, I'd insist on a replacement scooter, or at least an engine, at their expense. Otherwise it is time for them to start dealing with you honestly. If the race tune does cancel the warranty, there are a bunch of folks who weren't told (or failed to read the fine print). I too am amazed at how hard the dealers push to tune/dyno package, must be a high mark-up item.
