I have the same problem. Went to my dealer. They claim that they have never heard of the problem and were going to search to see if Harley had put out a bulletin for this issue. Does anybody know if there is actually a bulletin that addresses this problem?

I don't think HD issued a bulletin because there has been no official recall and not all the original lights are affected. Harley is just quietly replacing the lights only for people that complain, and on its facebook page the oem maker JW speaker is advising people with the issue that "their dealers will take care of them." Scroll down on this link to see that post by Matthew Kroll. http://www.facebook.com/pages/JW-Spe...n/236442806660
You might want to show your dealer the threads where people are posting that their dealers are taking care of them and call HD customer service if he still doesn't offer to replace them. Good luck.
Twinrider, sorry to bust in, but I had to say the picture of your bike with Mt. Fuji in the background is awesome. BTW, is the center stand aftermarket?

Thanks for the kind words on the pic, it's hard to take a bad one with that backdrop lol.
The center stand is made by Wheeldock. http://www.wheeldock.com/ It's well made and easy to use but unfortunately makes it too easy to bottom out in corners and over bumps on the '09s and up so I just use it as a maintenance stand these days. Takes only a minute to install/remove.
A friend and I both have installed the HD LED driving lights on our FLHTK's. My friend noticed that on a hot day (90 degrees) he had significant condensation inside both lights. I have had a health problem preventing me from riding. Got out today and darned if I don't have the same issue with the lights. My friend is pursuing getting them replaced under warranty. The regional HD rep said that they have heard of "a few of these" having this issue. So far all 4 lights that I know about (his 2, my 2) have the problem. These things are too expensive to have this kind of issue. I'll update when / if we get resolution from HD.
I was at Americade in Lake George. Mc Dermotts HD had Harley reps there. Had not heard of issue of fogging when warm. Well my running lamps were fogged up. When cold they were normal. Took to to my selling Dealer (Bergen) and it was out of warrantee but parts manager Charlie went the extra step. Contacted HD and they were then acknowledging a issue. The lamps (passing only) were fogging up. Harley has superceeded the model with a revised number and they exchanged mine. No charge. Now no issue. Those lights in the middle of total darkness are fabulous. They alsdo look super cool, er: super white!
