Sorry, for the typo,,,, the word in question was of, not on,,,

Its what remains OF my ipod after it left the attachment I had it in...

Hob,

I used industrial velcro made by 3m, which is plastic on both sides, and a lot stronger than fabric velcro, also adheres better. I used a hard plastic case to hold the ipod on the top of the dash.

I have to be honest, everything was going well, until I had realized I did not hit shuffle, but play, and wanted to change the songs to shuffle. So I set the cruise, and tried to remove it from the plastic housing and change the setting,,,, when it decided it would rather play airplane.

Yeah and for some reason the wife would not let me put hers in the holder for the remainder of the ride, LMAO.

I actually hooked it up to the laptop that has my itunes, and it syncs without issue, so the logic board is till good, so Im gonna get the interface, put the fukked up ipod in my fairing and will always have tunes....when I do the winter maintenance, ill take it back out, re sync it, and have any new tunes....

I just thought it was damn funny, cause I asked my salesman when I bought the bike, "how the hell do you justify charging $500 so I can control a $300 toy?"

I now have my answer...
