09's been having brake switch problems. Check the rear brake switch and make sure it's not melting, etc. Check the fuses as well.

did you by chance change out your bars or otherwise remove the hand controls?

1.) the front brake switch needs a shim put in place prior to removal

2.) lots of riders pinch wires when reinstalling controls to bars.

otherwise, it could be the conectors to the bar wiring harnesses...but the horn and front brake are on different sides.

Recently had a similar problem. 1st check the rear brake switch to see if it's leaking brake fluid. If it is replace it - simple job, just remember to bleed the rear brake after changing out the switch. The turn signals and horn are on the same fuse as the brake light (at least they are on my 09 Ultra), so that is likely blown.

I pulled the wires off of the rear brake switch and the light stayed lit. I also checked the front brake switch and the shim was in there. I dont understand why my horn and turn signals went too
