Really just looking for experience with the Newer style tires....made an appointment to get a New Tire! Getting the Harley D407 this time...by time I need the next one I'll need front and rear and I'll get the American Elites.

Hate throwing away a couple thousand miles but better than dealing with on a trip...last thing I want to do is try to find somewhere to get a new one ,deal with pricing, and blowing time on a tire when I can be riding!

Thanks for your Thoughts!

Knowing I'm going on a trip that long, I wouldn't hesitate to put a new one on before I leave!

Change it but look online. You can get a LOT better price (40-50+%) cheaper.

Ride safe and have a great trip!

where can you get a new dunlop 407 for 40-50% then list? I looked and had no luck finding stock 407 and 408F discounded more then 20% and then shipping made it even less. thanks as I need to order some at 40-50% off.

I am trying to remember if I have ever seen a motorcycle tire with 10/32 of tread.

Think about rain and an almost worn out tire! Not clever, no fun and extremly risky.
Dont save on Brakes n Tires!
