Thanks JC, I did use lots of loktite and torqued to prolly 150fp, like I said I do have about 4k on the comp job and no issues, do you think I may have some issues down the road? Forgot to mention I did pull cover off at 1k just to check my work and it was still torqued..

I took it to RT 66. I really like Richard, the new service manager. I wish he could work on my bike everytime! They are making it right, and after talking to him, I don't think I will have ANY problems going forward, but only time will tell for sure I guess.
He also stated today that the plastic disc is NOT under any torque, so it doesn't matter as some had said.
Looking forward to getting it back, weather has turned off nice here finally.....

I hear you on the weather. The temps have been just brutal! Too hot for me to ride when its 105-110 every day. Im in Ft. Gibson and I didnt think Richard even wrenched, I thought he was strictly the dyno tech. He seems to know hat hes doing and he should by now. Hes been around the block with HD's. He used to own Twister City. Ive heard just a few complaints about 66 since the new owner bought it but for the most part, I think its a much better dealership than it was before. They used to never have any events and there was never ever anything on sale. Now theres both all the time and seems to be a win win for the customer and the dealership. Hope they get you fixed up soon.
Installed in my 07 FLHX to specs. it wasn't that hard, road down the road 65mph 5th 6th gear
had a bad viberation, went back to shop put the old one back in everything fine now, changed because of the starter clanking problems everyones having.
I would never trust a compensator install to a dealer. So the "cure" is to do the work yourself, yes, even if it is under warranty. Do you want it right or not?
